My name is Gil Santos and I am the owner of CristianoRonaldoPortugal.com.
I live in Madeira Island, Portugal, the same Island where Cristiano Ronaldo was born. In fact, I live in the same suburb (Santo António) in Funchal, where Cristiano was bought up till his early teens, before moving to mainland Portugal and subsequently to England and Spain, to pursue his fabulous football career.
For such a small Island to have the world’s best soccer player in the most popular sport of all, is a source of great pride for all Madeirans and I am no exception.
